Our client, First Western Bank & Trust located in Minot, ND, has a career opportunity for a results-oriented individual as their Vice President of Credit Review. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with loan policy and safety standards, identify individuals credit and portfolio strengths and weaknesses, report findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors, and manage/supervise the loan review function and staff.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting with five plus years credit review and/or lending experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills along with effective oral and written communications skills. Proven working experience within the banking industry and previous background in internal/external audits and exams is a plus.
