Success today depends upon having a staff with the knowledge to recognize, envision and create sustainable competitive advantages. Banks can make no greater investment than in the continuing education of their employees. The North Dakota Bankers Association trains more than 2,000 bankers annually and prides itself in providing members with one of the best banker education programs in the country.
Each NDBA education program is carefully designed under the direction of experienced bankers, regulators and industry consultants to ensure the highest level of programming. Most importantly, member bankers play a key role in developing the courses through their input on NDBA committees and peer groups. In addition to the traditional classroom seminars, schools and conferences,
the NDBA also offers web seminars and online learning
opportunities--making timely, effective training
conveniently available to every NDBA member.
