FED Releases Auto Loan Survey

Posted on 2/2/2015

The Federal Reserve released a survey yesterday that showed that credit standards continued to ease nearly across the board. A small net percentage said auto credit was loosening, though bankers also said they expected their auto loan portfolio to deteriorate in 2015.

Loan officers also reported easing standards on various home mortgage products. However, net percentages of 7 to 17 percent reported weakening demand across the full range of mortgage products.
