North Dakota Bankers
Extraordinary Leadership for North Dakota Banks

Peer Group Consortium

October 27-28, 2021

Welcome

It's Time... to come TOGETHER.

This year’s Consortium begins Wednesday evening at Anima Cucina, an Italian eatery and wine bar set in downtown Bismarck. Anima Cucina is inspired by the the soul of “la bella vita”; the good life that connects us all. It will be a perfect setting for expanding your banking network.

On Thursday morning, the Consortium kicks off at the Belle Mehus Auditorium with keynote speaker Alex Weber's presentation, Fail Proof: Become the Unstoppable You! Alex knows what it takes to summon the best of ourselves in the moments we need it most.

Michael Cartwright, professional musician, trumpeter, vocalist, educator and bandleader will showcase his original choral song called "Find A Place In North Dakota," an enchanting piece that highlights the simple beauty of North Dakota life. He will be joined by the Century High School Jazz Choir.

Each peer group has its own gathering in meeting rooms at the Radisson and by the end of the Consortium, you will have plenty of “take home” information to use immediately.

Thank you for your many contributions to peer conversations. All of us at NDBA are grateful and honored to work for and with all of you. Together we are changing, growing, and thriving.
