North Dakota Bankers
Extraordinary Leadership for North Dakota Banks

Legal Counsel

NDBA retains a private attorney to serve as general counsel for the association and to serve as an information resource for members. NDBA does not retain counsel to provide legal services or legal advice to members. NDBA members are welcome to contact the general counsel to obtain information regarding the general requirements of laws and regulations, however, members must retain their own legal counsel in order to receive legal advice or counsel regarding how laws and regulations may apply to situations specific to their banks.

The duties of the NDBA general counsel also include government relations and lobbying services for NDBA.
