Bank of North Dakota is seeking a part-time temporary Credit Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will work an average of 30 to 35 hours per week, with no week exceeding 40 hours. Please note that this is a temporary position and does not include benefits such as holiday or annual leave. This position may qualify for ACA health insurance at the cost of the employee. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, long-term temporary work with a flexible schedule.
Summary of Work
In the temporary Credit Administrator role, you will be responsible for performing credit analysis, including annual reviews for borrowers with over $1 million in exposure, desktop underwriting, and disaster loan underwriting for commercial and agricultural loans. You will also assist with special projects, research data or processes as needed, participate in system conversion testing, and conduct data validation.
You will conduct independent credit reviews of loan files after closing, ensuring loan documentation, structuring, ticklers, covenants, processing, and approval levels comply with policy. You will verify adherence to loan policies, prior-to-funding conditions, and required post-close actions. Your work will include shadow accounting testing, verifying title insurance and ownership/equity, validating farm inspections, and reviewing the quality of commercial and ag underwriting.
As part of the loan funding process, you will be responsible for reviewing loan files both before and after funding to ensure completeness and compliance.
