Bank of North Dakota (BND) is seeking an AML/CFT Analyst in North Dakota!
Location:
This position may work remote provided the candidate is a ND resident and resides within the state of North Dakota.
Hiring Range:
$61,132 - $91,698 annually

Essential Duties:
Serve as the AML/CFT Officer
Establish and maintain the Bank’s AML/CFT and fraud monitoring program, policies, procedures, controls and risk assessments
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day compliance including transaction monitoring, due diligence, investigations, reporting, training and testing
Participate in projects to provide BSA and AML/CFT consulting for products or services
Support AML/CFT and fraud aspects of the Bank’s fintech initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
Minimum of four years experience in BSA, AML/CFT, compliance, audit or other applicable work experience
BSA and/or AML/CFT professional certification and fintech experience is preferred
Strong understanding of BSA and AML/CFT regulations
Verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to research, investigate and resolve situations independently
